Rafting in Trishuli River

2 Days

Pristine Nepal Treks & Expedition has been coordinating for free volunteering in Nepal since its establishment. Many of our clients ask for volunteering. They would like to help the needy people of Nepal while they travel to Nepal. Whenever they search for helping people as a volunteer they always find NGOs and INGOs who charge big money for it. So we thought of why this cannot be free. They will help. They will contribute to needy people. Since we started to coordinate for free volunteering in Nepal. We built up a homepage for free volunteering https://free-volunteering-nepal.org/ and of course, many people started to come here.

Volunteers pay for their food and accommodation only. We have fixed that as well. This is very cheap. They pay USD 10 per day per person in Kathmandu directly to the host family. The host family provides at least two times Nepali food, accommodation, wifi in a day. And volunteers pay Nepali Rupee 800 (USD 8) per day per person directly to the host family on the mountain. The host family provides at least two times of food and accommodation in a day.

You are requested to respect Nepali culture and customs. You have to enter the host family house before 9:00 in the evening.

On the other hand, most of the volunteers come with us for free volunteering and the most important thing is they do some trekking or tour because they are in Nepal and Nepal is the most attractive and appealing nature for the traveler. And it is not sure they will get a chance to come to Nepal only for traveling. So now, we decided to provide a free volunteering + package tour. We will provide this free volunteering only them who buy at least a package tour from us.

We have a very short and sweet and cheap package trip for those volunteers. You may choose any of them. At the moment we have four different packages:
free volunteering + Rafting in Trishuli River
free volunteering + Kathmandu heritage tour
free volunteering + Chitwan Jungle Safari
free volunteering + Ghorepani Poon Hill Trek

Rafting in Trishuli River

Rafting is one of the outdoor activities which use an inflatable raft to navigate in breathtaking rivers or water. Trishuli River is one of the most popular rafting rivers all over Nepal with easy accessibility from Kathmandu and Pokhara. This river is made up of snowmelt, coming from Mt. Ganesh and Langtang Himal. This river is one of the “beauty and beast” of Nepal because it is not only beautiful but also one of the dangerous rivers in Nepal.

Rafting activity has become a daring sport in Nepal nowadays since the 1950s. It has become the main source of attraction to tourists in Nepal as well as a source of income. So, are you a coward or a Hero? Can you challenge this monster river? Our professional team will give you full guidance and precaution for your safety.

What are the Safety majors for you?

-Stay in Boat, hold the paddle properly, and know the proper swimming techniques.
-Don’t go alone.
-Listen to your guide while talking about safety and
-NEVER PANIC!

Which are the best seasons for Rafting in Trishuli?

Rafting river flows even in the winter season, but due to extreme cold, it is very hard. During Nepal monsoon season (June-September) the water level rises and carries more force and speed in the waves, that’s why people with rafting experience can try in this season. March-June and October to December is the best period of rafting for all people because the climate will be warm and the river will have gentle waves too.

How to go for Rafting in Nepal?
