Overview
Located in the Annapurna Region in mid-western Nepal, it has been opened for visitors since 2003. Similarly, the unique lifestyle influenced by Tibetans and the beautiful Kayak Gompas is worth visiting here once in a lifetime. Also, the lifestyle of people here is similar to Tibet and the houses are built by rocks which shows the old tradition and cultures of Bhote (people living there) communities.
Actually, Nar Phu is also known as Narpa, which is two villages of Nar and Phu, which lies in the valley of Nar Khola in the Manang district of Nepal. This village has two varieties of secret language spoken and also known as a Sino-Tibiten (relating to a large language family of eastern Asia). However, Nar Phu valley trek is comparatively a new destination for travelers.
