Why choose the Everest Base Camp Helicopter tour?
EBC with Heli Tour from Kathmandu is the best luxury package and the idle way to save your precious time. Similarly, there is no chance of getting altitude sickness while on the Heli tour too. Also, you will have an astounding view while traveling from Heli including Mt. Everest.
Among 10 people, there’s always a chance that 2 people will not reach Kalapathar which can be devastating. Also, you will need a lot of time and effort to prepare for the Everest Base Camp Trek. Therefore, between trekking and the Heli tour, the Heli tour can be seen as the best option and safe.
Similarly, the Everest Base Camp helicopter tour package is also designed in an easy way. Your ride will be early in the morning from Kathmandu around three to four hours approximately and be completed within a day.
Why Kalapathar, not Everest Base Camp you may ask!
Because from the Kalapathar-5,545m, you can have a great close view of Mount Everest. But you will not have a Mt. Everest view from the Everest base camp.
How much time it will take?
It takes one and a half-hour to fly to Everest from Kathmandu airport. After an amazing experience from Heli-ride, you will fly back to Syangboche 3,810m for breakfast.
Syangboche is considered the highest hotel point on Earth. This hotel’s name is called “Everest View Hotel” which is considered a 5-star hotel.
After a delicious breakfast and a clear view of Mt Everest from the hotel, you will then fly back to Kathmandu. Of course, the Everest helicopter tour offers a great view of the great Himalayas including Mount Everest at 8,848m, Mount Lhotse at 8,516, and Mount Makalu at 8,481m, and Mount Cho Oyu at 8,201m, and many 7,000m mountains.
All this process will complete within a day which is the best way to save your time while experiencing all the thrills and breathtaking views that trekkers won’t get.
What is the cost of the Everest Base Camp Helicopter tour?
Everest Base Camp Helicopter tour price can be distinguished as a Single/Private basis or a Group basis.
Exactly, as the number of persons increases the price decreases for each person. If you are alone but wanted to fly with other people also then we can help you find others. If you want to book for private only then also we can manage it for you.
How much weight can a Helicopter carry?
Weight can be a little bit problem here because if you are 5 people and the weight is 600kg in total then the helicopter won’t take you all from Kathmandu. This will cost you a double charge for a helicopter tour.
Like all helicopter has their weight limit, our Everest helicopter also has a 500kg limitation. Similarly, it can carry 5 people maximum from Kathmandu but not more than 500 kg. And when you reach Lukla airport then only a total of 250kg will be taken to scenic flight.
