Pristine Nepal Treks staff or guide will pick you up after your arrival in Kathmandu, the capital city of Nepal.

Then you will have a short drive to Thamel shortly about half an hour. We will meet you at the hotel and finalize everything regarding this trip. We will give all the information about the trip and if there is a doubt, please clear that in this meeting. You can ask any questions if you are not 100% cleared for this trip. The trekking guide will come to your hotel early in the morning for the Lukla flight. It is only 30 minutes flight from Kathmandu. Sometimes in a busy season, you should fly to Lukla from Ramechhap due to the high air traffic of Kathmandu airport. Ramechhap is only 4 hours driving distance from Kathmandu.

After reaching Lukla 2,800m, you will have breakfast there. You will meet your porter too at Lukla. They will carry your bag packs from here for the whole trip. Today you don’t have to walk that long. It is approximately 4 hours trekking on this first day to Phakding 2,660m. You will pass through some beautiful Sherpa villages Chaurikharka, Thadokoshi, Ghat before Phakding.

Phakding is a beautiful Sherpa village alongside the Dudhkoshi River. It has some beautiful guest houses, tea houses, and hotels. They offer a pleasant stay within this Everest region. Hot Shower is also available in this place.

Your morning starts with a delicious breakfast. Normally it is better to start early in the morning. Morning time is the best to have a walk whereas 7:00 to 8:00 am is the best time to start your day.

You will have experience with the suspension bridge today. You have to cross at least 5 different suspension bridges today including the very popular Hillary Bridge before climbing to Namche Bazar at 3,440m.

You should buy a National park entrance permit at Monjo village. Similarly, you will stop for lunch at Jorsalle. After Jorsalle, there is no place for eating before reaching Namche Bazar. Hilary Bridge and steep part before Namche Bazar are considered as a hard part of this trekking due to its steep uphill.

It will take approximately 6 hours to trek in this second day of trekking to reach Namche Bazar. Namche Bazar is well known Sherpa village as an entry point of the Everest region. This place is famous for its weekly opened market. Nowadays it offers beautiful hotels, lodges, bars, restaurants, trekking gears shops, art galleries, banks, and many more.

Acclimatization is very important and that is why today you will have a full day exploration in Namche Bazar. Today you can go hiking or go to the market.

Besides that, we can take a stroll to the Sherpa museum where we will learn the culture of Sherpa’s, Sagarmatha National Park & Everest region of Nepal. This all activities will help to enchant a new experience in your life.

This place is well developed and provides internet cafes and restaurants, government offices, ATM and a cheap market from Friday evening to Saturday.

You can also go hiking to Syangboche where the Everest view hotel is located.

After the delicious breakfast at Namche Bazar you will climb a steep mountain to Fungi Thanga. The whole trek will take up to 6 hours to reach Tyangboche.

You can see lots of prayer flags before reaching Tyangboche. There, you can explore the oldest monastery of the Khumbu region. You will have a night stay in this area.

The morning starts at Tyangboche with your breakfast. It’s downhill to Deboche through the shrub forest.

You’ll cross Dudh Koshi stream before the ascent to Pangboche. Pangboche is another in style Sherpa village. Many Sherpa climbers from this village touched the highest of the world’s highest peak.

You’ll follow Dudh Koshi stream continues for an entire day. Take a lunch break at Somare then still Dingboche for long.

Today, you’ve got another rest day/acclimatization day. You will climb to Nagarjuna peak for testing your trekking ability. Nagarjuna nearly 5,100m high, it’s terribly steep up to climb. Attempt to climb it. It might be easier to climb to base camp if you’ll climb this one. Otherwise, you could have a handful of hours hike to Chhukung village. This village is on the thanks to Island peak.

Now, it’s steep up to the highest of the mountain. You should trek slowly-slowly and drink lots of water.

After you go furthermore, you’ll see several memorials of different mountaineers. The path is less complicated to Lobuche from this place however don’t run because of altitude.

Lobuche offers some lovely mountains read & cool temperature. Many trekkers criticism regarding altitude issues during this place. However, if you’re obtaining AMS symptoms please talk to your guide. Stay warm, stay safe.

Today will be your best day because soon you will be at the world’s highest base camp.

However, it’s not suggested to walk quickly here due to the possibilities of AMS. Once walking one hour, you have to climb up to the mountain where the path is rough, some places ice mass too.

It takes a handful of hours to reach Gorakshep-5,180m. There, you will leave your bag packs at Gorakshep and again continue your base camp trek.

There, you can walk fast on the rough path for a handful of hours to achieve base camp from Gorakshep.

Take photos, enjoy base camp, and celebrate base camp to Gorakshep there. After that, you will return back to Gorakshep for a night stay. a much dedicated to transferring you to base camp. This is often your period’s expertise similarly.
You should awaken early in the morning. Have a hot cup of tea or occasional and perhaps some little breakfast too.

This morning starts with a breakfast uphill from Gorakshep to trek. Downhill all the time to Pheriche 4,210 for Associate in nursing long otherwise you could have the versatile camp to prevent.

This is the last day of Everest base trek. It is an easy trail to follow to Lukla. Its gonna be a bit harder before Lukla due to its steep uphill from Chaurikharka. When can I book my trip for Mount Everest Trek?

Well, our booking for Mount Everest trek always starts from 1 Sep- 15 Dec and 1 Feb-15 May in Nepal, which means you can choose any date between them. Except for a fixed date, it can be organized any time of year as per your request.

Can I book my trip at the time of June-Aug?

Yes, you can do it even in June-Aug too but you will need extra days just for incase if anything happens because this is monsoon season. The domestic flight from Kathmandu to Lukla to Kathmandu can be delayed due to bad weather. Normally, weather on high altitude area is fine at this time.

Can I customize my trip?

Is there an Age limit to trek in Everest Base Camp?

Yes, people as young as Seven and old as 70 have successfully completed the trek. But it doesn’t mean everyone can do, especially if your children have never done any hiking in high altitude before, you can’t bring them just for their safety
